Spaghetti sốt tôm kem thích hợp là món ăn no bụng và hấp dẫn với những sợi mì dai dai quyện đều nước sốt đậm đà chua chua, béo béo cùng thịt tôm sốt chín tới. Sẽ nạp đầy năng lượng cho một ngày năng động.
Đầu tiên, đun nóng 15ml dầu trong nồi nhỏ rồi cho đầu tôm vào cho đến khi đầu tôm trở màu vàng cam. Sau đó thêm 250ml nước lọc và 1 lá nguyệt quế vào nồi. Đậy nấp đun sôi đến khi lượng nước còn lại 1/2 thì tắt bếp. Lọc lấy nước để riêng.
Bóc vỏ tôm, dùng dao chẻ sống lưng tôm để lấy bỏ chỉ đen rồi đem xóc với 1 muỗng cà phê muối. Để tôm yên khoảng 10 phút rồi xả sạch với nước lạnh, dùng khăn giấy thấm khô sẽ làm cho tôm được săn thịt hơn.
Hành tây cắt nhỏ, xào thơm với 30ml dầu ô liu cho đến khi chuyển màu vàng, thêm tỏi băm và ớt khô cắt nhỏ vào xào cho dậy mùi thơm.
Cho tôm vào xào nhanh. Khi thấy tôm chín, chuyển màu hồng cam thì vớt ra và đặt sang 1 bên.
Thêm phần nước dùng tôm nấu ban đầu vào chảo. Đun sôi và để nhỏ lửa cho đến khi phần nước dùng cạn còn một nửa thì cho cà chua bi đã cắt đôi và 125ml kem whipping vào.
Đun cho hỗn hợp sôi nhẹ 1 lần nữa và cạn còn 1/3 thì cho tôm và mì ý vào chảo. Thêm 15ml nước cốt chanh, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu, trộn đều lên cho mì thấm gia vị thì tắt bếp.
Bày trí ra đĩa là có thể dùng. Món này mà cùng nhấm nháp với ít rượu vang hay rượu nho thì thích biết mấy nhỉ!
