Gạo nếp ngâm 6 - 8 giờ cho nở. Đậu xanh vo sạch, ngâm 4 giờ cho nở rồi cho vào nồi hấp chín. Sau đó lấy đậu xanh ra nghiền mịn.
Cho bột nếp vào tô và đổ ít một nước lá dứa vào cùng rồi trộn đều, thêm 10ml dầu ăn vào cho khỏi dính. Nhào bột thành khối mịn, không dính tay chia thành từng phần bằng nhau. Xào thịt với hành tím cho chín. Cho đậu xanh đã nghiền mịn vào đảo đều. Rắc nhiều hạt tiêu cho thơm. Để nguội một lúc rồi nắm thành các viên tròn. Lấy bột lá dứa, ép dẹp, cho nhân thịt đậu xanh vào, bọc lại và vo tròn.
Chia bột và nhân đều nhau. Nặn thành hình tròn, lăn qua gạo nếp đã ngâm ở trên. Hấp bánh từ 30 - 35 phút. Trong khi chờ đợi xôi chín thì làm nóng dầu trong chảo, phi hành tím cho vàng, giòn.
Tèn ten tén thành quả đây ạ. Dùng ngay khi còn nóng sẽ rất ngon đấy ạ! Dẻo dẻo thơm thơm ngon cực kỳ, chúc cả nhà thành công nha!
