This book could save your life!
The Reason for my Hope is a brilliant book by an amazing ambassador for Christ. For seventy years Billy Graham has preached this message of hope and compassion – the message of the truth of Jesus Christ as the only way to God and the only way to escape our own sin and the sin of our culture and our world. Graham beautifully and humbly explains that the reason for our hope is salvation. The book is well written in simple yet profound words. Graham carefully explains why we need to be rescued, what redemption is about, our problem with sin, and more. He gives evidence and examples and gently leads the reader through each step. Here are a few quotes: •“When we are rescued from something we are also saved for something. When we are rescued by someone, we are indebted to the one who has saved us from disaster, impending doom and perhaps death itself.” 12 •You think we don’t need God’s law to rule us. “Would you like to get out on the roadways of the world and drive a vehicle with no signposts, no speed limits, no rights-of-way, and no stoplights to keep others from crashing into you?” Pg41 •“You will never meet Shakespeare in this life because he is dead. It is almost impossible to find the listing for the regular old CD Audiobook, but I once found it, ordered it, and saved the link, this is it below. In case you don't know, the MP3 format is condensed data, so they can put more data on fewer CDs (the MP3-CD looks exactly the same as a CD). So the MP3 audiobook would have fewer CDs, but will only play on a CD-Player capable of playing MP3. My 2009 car came standard with a CD-player that will play MP3; and most all DVD Players will play MP3; and some of the newer Boom Boxes will play MP3 (just look at the description/specs); and all Computers play MP3. But I typically listen to my audiobooks on my bedside radio-CD player, which does Not play MP3, so I must have the standard CD. I don't know why they make it so difficult to find this audiobook in standard CD format; I just found it accidently, and if I don't use my saved Link I can't locate it at all.

To this day he's still an inspiring teacher. From watching his broadcasts on youtube or reading articles he's written, he has touch my soul with his words and the words of God. I know there will be some who will rush in and provide poor comments, those are the ones he has spoken of that need our prayers. Those who wish condemn or be harshly judgmental of a man who has tried his best ability to provide others with the word of God so they too may prepare themselves for the hereafter not only need take another look in the mirror, but search their own hearts for the goodness he speak of. We have all made mistakes in life, we are men & the children of God. We know what is needed for salvation, and for the few who wish to mock us I have this small quote for you. “I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.” ~Albert Camus~ French Novelist & 1957 Nobel Prize for Literature. The True Standard of what the World needs.
This is a great and clear presentation of the Christian Gospel including the requirements of Salvation. This treatise of Salvation is written where anyone who can read can understand it. As you read this book it will remind you of the "good ole' days" when people respected God's Word, people were concerned about their afterlife and church attendance was anticipated every Sunday morning. Have you ever wondered why God has blessed Billy Graham? Read the book and you will find out. He is just as true to God's word today as he was 60 years ago. GOD BLESS BILLY GRAHAM. I love him like a brother. This book should be on every bookshelf in the world; right next to the Holy Bible.

The Reason For My Hope - Salvation
Have always enjoyed Billy Graham's books, but this one seems to 'hit the nail on the head of our current days' here on Earth. Mr. Graham has 70 years of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ all over the world. In this book, he describes the great love God has for His people and the salvation and eternal life that is available to anyone who accepts Jesus' death and resurrection in their hearts. So easy to do, yet many chose not to do so; HOPE is a fleeting ideal in our world without Him in our lives. All one has to do is ask Him to enter out lives. Great insight in this work to explain the last chapter of the Bible - Revelations.

This book caused me to think about my faith and where my faith is lacking. It also talked about how we need to humble ourselves before God in all aspects of our lives.

How refreshing this book is. In today's world where everywhere we turn there seems to be a spirit of negativity looming over everyone one us this book is like walking in the desert w Moses and God brings water out of the rock for his thirsty people. Thank you Mr Graham for this book of hope and incite into the simplicity of achieving it. - Just a regular tired working Mom
All things Holy
I have tried to read everything written by Mr. Graham. I love how much truth he tells about the Bible. This book is written to reach lost people and explain to them how very much they need Christ. Billy Graham leaves no doubt how rich our lives are when we live our lives for Him. This book is all I am giving my family for Christmas, for I believe it so richly points out the true hope that salvation in Christ brings. Our world is facing so many evil paths our children can take. It is wonderful that Mr. Graham has taken this task to heart at this time in history to direct mankind to the only hope we really have-God.
