Bông tuyết tuy đẹp nhưng mau tan khiến chúng ta nhớ mãi bởi sự quý phái và lạnh lùng vốn có của nó. Mình chia sẽ đến các bạn cách làm bánh bông tuyết vô cùng mới lạ chỉ bằng vài thao tác đơn giản.
Cho vào tô sâu lòng 250g bột mì, 100g bơ, 1/4 muỗng cà phê bột nở, 1 trứng gà, 125g đường bột, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và 1/2 muỗng cà phê vani. Dùng máy đánh trộn thành hộn hợp mịn.
Nhào và cán hỗn hợp bột cho mịn trong khoảng 1 phút. Sau đó dùng khuôn hình hoa tuyết cắt bột ra thành những chiếc bánh hình hoa tuyết xinh xắn. Làm như thế cho đến khi hết bột.
Cho bánh vào 1 cái khay nướng và nướng khoảng 10 phút ở 160 độ C. Đưa bánh ra khỏi lò để nguội khoảng 7-8 phút nữa.
Đánh đều 90ml kem sữa tươi với 70ml sữa đặc. Trong tô khác, trộn đều 90ml kem sữa tươi với phẩm màu tùy thích. Cho các hỗn hợp kem vào tỏng tủ lạnh khoảng 10 phút.
Cho hỗn kem vào túi bóp kem. Khéo léo bóp từ từ túi kem sữa đặc theo viền xung quanh bánh rồi đầy kem vào bên trong bánh. Cho vào ngăn đông lạnh khoảng 10 phút. Dùng túi bóp kem có phẩm màu trang trí hoa văn hình hoa tuyết là được. Khi ăn có thể rắc thêm ít đường.
