Đun nóng ít dầu ăn trong chảo, múc từng muỗng hỗn hợp làm bánh trứng chiên hương xuân cho vào chảo, dàn đều. Chiên bánh trứng ở lửa nhỏ vừa, có thể đậy nắp để bánh trứng chiên nhanh chín hơn. Trong quá trình chiên bánh, nhớ trở đều mặt bánh cho chín vàng giòn cả hai mặt nhé.
Bày trí bánh trứng chiên hương xuân: Xếp chồng các miếng bánh trứng chiên lên nhau trông sẽ đẹp mắt hơn nhiều. Nên sử dụng một chiếc đĩa có màu đen sậm để hài hòa với màu sắc của món ăn thay vì sử dụng một chiếc đĩa trắng nhé.
